Baptist Health Caldwell County School Clinic

The clinic is open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM while school is in session.

Students under the age of 16 must have a parent or guardian present. Students ages 16 and 17 may be seen without a parent or guardian as long as the consent form is complete. Baptist Health staff will contact the parent or guardian before the visit begins to obtain verbal consent. 

The clinic is open to all Caldwell County school students, their siblings and parents, as well as teachers and staff.
