Phillip Noel Named Principal of Caldwell County Elementary School

PRINCETON, Ky. – Caldwell County Schools is pleased to announce the appointment of Phillip Noel as the new principal of Caldwell County Elementary School. Noel officially began his role on July 1, 2025, and will welcome students and staff as principal when the new school year begins in August.

Noel brings over two decades of educational experience to the position, including the past eight years as an assistant principal at Caldwell County High School. Prior to his administrative career, he served as a physical education teacher.

“I am incredibly honored and excited to have been selected as the new principal of Caldwell County Elementary School,” Noel said. “My goal is to see every kid, every day, and to work with our dedicated staff and supportive community to create a positive, engaging, and safe environment for all.”

Noel holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education from Murray State University, as well as a Master of Arts in Education with a focus in School Administration.

He resides in Providence with his wife, Courtney, and their three children: Kendall, Knox, and Hayes.
