What is a Healthy Diet?
A healthy diet includes at least five (5) servings of fruits and vegetables a day and plenty of whole grains and beans. Fruits and vegetables are flavorful, economical, healthy, easy and fun. Start the whole family eating healthier with five (5) servings of fruits and vegetables every day.

SEAMLESS SUMMER OPTION
Caldwell County Schools will be participating in the Seamless Summer Option of National School Lunch Program and the School Breakfast Program. As part of this program, all schools will offer healthy meals every school day at NO COST to all enrolled students and children age 18 and younger for school year 2022-23 . Students and all community children age 18 and younger will be able to participate in these meal programs without having to pay a fee or submit a household application. If not in actual in-person attendance you will have to order these meals from the school that is age appropriate to your child and there will be NO DELIVERIES.
