What is a Healthy Diet?
A healthy diet includes at least five (5) servings of fruits and vegetables a day and plenty of whole grains and beans. Fruits and vegetables are flavorful, economical, healthy, easy and fun. Start the whole family eating healthier with five (5) servings of fruits and vegetables every day.
